Kerri Eyles

Department:
Associate

Working in all aspects of Family Law since 2018, Kerri graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in 2019 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2020.

Kerri has a particular interest in financial matters and enjoys working with her clients to find practical and equitable outcomes.

Kerri also has extensive experience in parenting matters, particularly those involving interstate or international relocation.

Being a solution-oriented lawyer, Kerri believes that Court proceedings should be the option of last resort. Kerri encourages her clients to explore alternative dispute resolution (such as negotiation and mediation) to resolve matters on their own terms.

When Court proceedings are unavoidable, Kerri helps her clients navigate the legal system by providing clear, reliable advice. Kerri understands that her clients take comfort in knowing what to expect, so there are no surprises along the way.

Motivated by her desire to provide her clients with the best service possible, Kerri ensures that she keeps up to date with recent developments in Family Law by attending regular specialised Family Law conferences and fostering strong relationships within the profession.

Outside of the office, Kerri enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends. Being originally from the United Kingdom, Kerri spends her time enjoying everything Western Australia has to offer.
